The A-B-C of effective administration
staffroom aims to make the life of heads of schools,
admin staff and teachers easier, saving time while increasing accuracy, efficiency
and a professional outcome. staffroom puts school administration in its place - quietly
supporting the life of the school while educators can focus on developing the minds
of the learners.
Currently, staffroom consists of:
infobase where staff and learner information, family information, class management
information, print class-lists, etc, are captured, managed,
assessed and printed.
assess where learner’s marks are tracked and school reports can be
automaticaly generated.
chat where staff can interact using a facebook/twitter-like interface.
intouch where staff can easily communicate with parents via SMS.
newsroom An additional module that provides a simple, user-friendly interface
where you can set up, manage and update the school’s website, including:
- content: a website content management system.
- blog: online news and articles from staff and potentially learners.
- photogallery: where photo’s of events, teams, tours, etc. can be published.
- download: a means of making files available for download.
Future modules include tuckroom (tuckshop), bookroom (library), lockerroom (sports), amongst others.
